Goods Lost during Transportation: If your order is lost during transportation, we will provide a 100% refund of the purchase price.

Damaged Goods or Not as Described: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or does not match the description provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Email us at info@minitoyforus.com and include a picture of the product along with the outer packaging. We will assess the issue and if we confirm the product’s fault, we will offer a refund or send a replacement item. In such cases, you do not need to return the item.

Defective or Not as Described Goods: We accept returns and refunds only for defective items or products that do not match the description provided.

Personal Reasons or Disliking the Item: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons or because you simply do not like it, please contact us. We will assess the request, and if we agree to the return, we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund of 80% of your order value. Please note that you will be responsible for the remaining 20% as a restocking fee to cover the shipping costs we have already incurred for your order.
